These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", "you") and Skill Compass ("we", "us", "our"), operating from SCF-12, 1st Floor, Main Ashoka Enclave, Sector 35, Faridabad, Haryana, India. By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or are minors enrolling under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
Enrollment in any course is confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable course fee. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Skill Compass reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment at its sole discretion.
Course schedules, syllabus, faculty, batch timings, and delivery mode (online/offline/hybrid) may be modified with reasonable advance notice. Such changes will not entitle the student to a refund unless the course is discontinued entirely by Skill Compass.
All fees displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless explicitly stated, are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By initiating a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.
Installment plans, scholarships, or discounts (if any) are subject to separate written terms. Failure to pay any installment by the due date may result in suspension of access to the course.
Course fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. A refund request may be considered only if (a) it is submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, (b) the student has not attended more than one session, and (c) study material or kits have not been issued. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting any applicable transaction or administrative charges.
No refund will be issued for missed classes, voluntary withdrawal, or disciplinary termination of enrollment.
Students are expected to maintain decorum, attend classes regularly, respect faculty and peers, and adhere to institute policies. Any form of harassment, plagiarism, misuse of equipment, or sharing of course materials with non-enrolled persons may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
All content on this website and within our courses — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course outlines, notes, recordings, and assessments — is the exclusive property of Skill Compass or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
Recording, reproducing, redistributing, or publicly displaying any portion of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
A certificate of completion is awarded only to students who meet the attendance, assessment, and fee-clearance criteria specified for the course. Certificates issued by Skill Compass acknowledge participation and performance and do not, by themselves, constitute a guarantee of employment.
While we make every effort to provide high-quality training, Skill Compass does not warrant any specific outcome, employment opportunity, salary, examination result, or career advancement. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Compass, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operations of such third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or any course, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct deemed harmful to other students, faculty, or the institute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
Skill Compass reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
