Under MIDH's protected cultivation component, polyhouse, shade-net house and hydroponic / NFT systems receive significant capital subsidy. The scheme is jointly executed by State Horticulture Mission and NHB.

What you get.

  • 50% subsidy on polyhouse / naturally-ventilated greenhouse
  • 50% subsidy on shade-net house and hi-tech nursery
  • Additional 15% top-up in NE, hilly and SC/ST areas
  • Maximum area: 4,000 sq m per beneficiary

Who can apply.

  • Farmer with minimum 0.05 ha (500 sq m) land
  • Group of farmers / FPOs / cooperatives also eligible
  • Empanelled vendor for construction

    Online application

    Apply on State Horticulture Mission portal with DPR.

    Build the polyhouse / hydroponic unit; officials verify on completion.

  4. 04

    Subsidy released

    Back-ended subsidy credited to your linked bank account.
